Wellington : Insertion was made in Rule 9(1) of CER 2002. Proviso was not amended. Thus the notfn. cannot have retrospective effect.

Wellington : Yes, the new format is available on ACES. Please upload the return for period from 1-7-2012 to 30-9.2012 by 15-4-2013
